Thanks for the great memories you have provided me and my brothers.

Good luck this year.

Have you ever thought of starting a guide service?

Thank you guys!!! It was a pleasure helping you out. People out there will find out one way or another that sometimes a map service is a lot cheaper than hiring a guide. It gets you in the right area and you focus on these areas during your scouting time. If its not a trophy area that you drew, then it really benefits you than shelling out thousands of dollars. Last year I had a Lady purchase a map service for unit 9 cow. I sent the info and had her sit in one of the blinds I made and told her exactly where they will be coming from in the morning. About 730a she had a herd of 30 run by and she didnt have a good shot because there were 4 bulls in the bunch mixed with the other cows. She waited and by 830a here comes 15 more elk. Straight ahead as planned and she waited for a clear shot. One bull stepped out then two cows and the third one made a mistake. 140yds and boom it was over. Opening morning. Real simply. This area produces both Cows and Bulls. It is a natural freeway and my time spent pays off each time. Thanks again!!!!

Blackknight if I'm not mistaken you have over the last couple of years repeatedly asked for information for many different hunt units and areas in AZ under the guise of obtaining hunt information for family & friends. I think we could do a few searches to support this fact quite easily. Now it appears you are in the hunting map business most likely giving out the information you may have recieved from MM members some of which was more than likely given in confidence. I know a few of us called you out last year for revealing areas on the web does Big Bug Mesa ring any bells. I'm all for a guy going in business but how do we know you're not giving out hunting spots that were given to you by fellow posters on this and other sites? You hide under the vail of secrecy and don't reveal any information in your profile which seems even more strange for a guy wanting to do business. It also appears that you seem to be quite popular with the minimal posters crowd. There are rules on this site and I don't recall seeing anything exempting you and your business from them.

LAST EDITED ON Mar-29-07 AT 10:40AM (MST)[p]Its not a business. Its a service I can provide. Yes I have asked about Big Bug in the past thats because it hold deer but not big ones. Only a few. Most of the time its just for conversation. I do own land in various parts of the state where I can Help out others as they have helped me. I know where you are going with this and its not like that at all. So back off and quit with the research. Dont put yourself in a category where you are out to chop someone at the knees! As you have read people are in deed thankful and I am too grateful. I have given free information that was beneficial to guys like UTAZ and I didnt ask for anything. There are certain areas that you dont know about where I have spent a lot of time and these areas is where it all comes into play.

Blackknight if that's your intent I don't have an issue with it. But remember the internet is a blessing and a curse, post a little information on a public forum like the Big bug deal and all kinds of people may sudddenly develop an interest and go have a look. Not that they're not entitled but in many cases people have taken years to find the spots where they hunt and it doesn't take too many individuals taking friends into good country to change a great spot into a poor one really quick especially during this drought. Helping out a few nonresidents is a worthy case in my book just like helping anyone but remember there isn't any free lunch and it all comes with a price. I'm sure if you've hunted as much as you claim you will understand my point. If not post up the information where your favorite hunting spot is along with a few trophy photos and watch what happens, it will make a believer out of you.
