valles caldera odds???

I have been looing for some information on the number of tickets they sold last year but can not find them... any one know where I can find them???

Keep in mind that Nonresidents are capped at 10 percent so figuring odds is tough.

Has it broken down into # tickets for Res, NR with guide and w/o guide for each hunt, so pretty good info.

Breaks down to basically 1 guided non-res tag and one un guided non-res tag per hunt code/choice.... not even looking at the cow hunts....

Slim or none chance for sure! ha

The quota works similarly to regular draw. 12%NRG, 10%NRNG, and 78%Res. There is a stat page you can look at on the site. I know this will sound crazy but the cow hunts on this place are a blast and Non Res folks should take a look at them, especially for the youngins. The outfitter draw will allow some of the cow hunts to be a 100% draw. I'd love to talk to any dad out there about this place for cows or any other place in NM as well using the outfitter draw. The kids need to be in for them!!!

Thanks that was what I was looking for. It is just nice to get a sense for which hunt is attracting the most applicants.

The odds aren't much different then any other nonres "power ball" hunt I apply for.

This is not that great of a hunt, at least not nearly so much as it was made out to be.

You will not see many bulls over the 300" mark.

It is a really pretty place though....

The two columns on far right are NR unguided, but one is the # applicants, and the other is # tickets bought by those applicants (you can buy up to 20 per hunt code). The # tickets is what determines the odds.
