Well the new RAC meetings are all about next years tag numbers. Since the hunting is extremly horrible in Utah and everybody here seems to agree on that why not go and express your opinion about it. This is the original story and meeting dates.

Big game hunting focus of upcoming public meetings

SALT LAKE CITY ? People can learn how many bucks, bulls and once-in-a-lifetime big game hunting permits are being recommended for hunts in Utah this fall by attending meetings in March.

Those who attend are encouraged to provide their input about the recommendations to the Division of Wildlife Resources biologists who attend the meetings. Citizens who serve on Utah's Regional Advisory Councils will take the public input received to the Utah Wildlife Board when it meets April 1 in Salt Lake City to approve permit numbers for this fall's hunts.

DWR biologists are also interested in ideas people have about big game hunting in Utah in 2005. They're encouraging people to bring those ideas to the meetings. The biologists will consider the ideas as they formulate 2005 big game hunting recommendations over the next few months.

In addition to the big game items, spotted frog reintroductions will also be discussed at the meetings in Provo and Brigham City.
