Best OTC Colorado Unit

Hey everyone

I would like your answers to this question. What would you say is the best unit in Colorado for an over the counter bull tag?

Need more info.
What time of year?
What weapon?
What kind of hunt do you want (backcountry, easy access,etc)?
Check hunter success rates for the weapon of choice and then check access? Don't expect someone to give you everything on a silver platter. Once you have chosen a unit ask specific questions about that unit.

Who here has hunted every otc unit to be able to answer this question?

TT,

There's nothing wrong with the unit to the immediate east of where you guys were deer hunting last year. You can pickup OTC tags for 2nd season, 3rd season and the archery season.

Tim, I sent you a response to your PM but the advice on the unit one higher than the one you hunted last year is something I would look into. I'm not sure the success rates for second season there but that is one area where I think guys purchase bull tags "just in case" and hunt primarily for deer so the success rates can be skewed.
