Colorado Left Overs?

When does the list come out? Does it come out after the left over draw for people that put in for the orginal draw? Or can I get a list some where so I can start thinking about what I want to try for?
Help me to understand.

They send the first list only to unsuccessful applicants who requested leftover draw. I'm not getting a list this year but if you ask someone will probably tell you if a unit your interested in is on the list. After the leftover drawing the list is published. Ken

If you didn't draw and didn't request to be in the leftovers if unsuccessful, then you'd only be able to get in on the leftovers that will be posted in July. The link below shows the dates of July 18 for leftover deer and elk.

Damn! I couldn't put in on the draw cause I wasn't quite a resident yet. So I'll have to wait until after the left over draw to decide what to try and get a tag for! That sucks, I hate waiting!! There are so many good looking areas around me it's hard to decide what hunt or season to try for, or even if I can try for it. I guees I'll just decide after the left over draw!!

You will have to wait to hunt in the fall anyway!!!
Dont worry if you havent realized already Colorado is the land of opportunity for big game hunting. You can buy leftover licenses usually the 2nd week of August and the lists are posted of the internet in July.
