NV Tag Question

I recieved my tag today after finding out i drew an archery hunt, but the tag reads "any legal weapon".The hunt dates and hunt unit are correct.Is it a mistake by fish and game,or is that what they put on all the tags?

Naildriver,

I just received my muzzy elk tag today and just took a look at it for you. Mine says "general muzzleloader" so it sounds like there may be a mistake on yours. Not sure if it matters as long as you are abiding by the restrictions for the archery hunt, but you may want to call NDOW and ask them about it nonetheless.

This is Thomas, I looked on the internet and on the list I get from the NODW and they all say you have the archery hunt. I will check with some NDOW friends of mine and let you know Monday. I looks like it is probably a missprint.

I'd say You have a misprinted tag,get a hold of N.D.O.W.I looked at a "05" archery Bull elk tag and it should read something like "Trophy Arcery Hunt".The anterless elk tag I drew this year says "General Longbow & Arrow",call soon.Aug 25th will be here before You know it ---
