NV muzz 76,77,79,81

I need to scout these areas for bulls for the late October Muzzleloader hunt. Of course we want a 400" bull but reality is that a 300" @ 100 yards might be in trouble. Any suggestions? Thank you,

get a map and start calling people.....I have seen good bulls in these units while lion hunting....too bad they moved the dates from sept.....

You have a great tag! There is an old school teacher out of Montello that knows every bull in the unit and will GLADLY help point you in the right direction. He prides himself in having helped over 70 folks get a big elk. He has video of the best bulls and watches them year round. A fantastic source of information. Cant find his name off hand, will keep looking but you can call the school or local bar and the folks all know him and will get you his number. That was my number one choice for several yrs, drew my 3rd choice last fall and got a nice 300+ bull on my own. I will keep looking for his name and number. Good luck bp
