Book Cliffs Archery!!

Just wondering if anyone has been down to the Books Bitter Creek South. Have only been there a few times. I drew out for Elk this year and my brother drew out for Deer. Has anyone been down to see what it is looking like for this year for both? If so what size bull should I be looking for, and what size buck for my bro.?

They got a pair of monster sheds off of the unit 7x7 that score 421 typical that are sitting in basin sports right now 7/3/07

I drew the same tag (archery elk) and this time of year the elk are all high, especially with the heat we've had.
Get anywhere above 7,300 ft and you'll find elk.

I went in basin sports and they didn't know what 400plus was talking about......maybe he better change his name to dreamerboy.....

If you see a 320-330 bull, shoot it. If you see a 25-28" buck, shoot it.
