for deer, elk are otc, not sure there is a first season for deer

I don't believe there are any landowner vouchers for those units. I think the ONLY units that have landowner vouchers for elk are the ones that are totally limited, that is all hunts are limited like the deer.

As stated above, there are no landowner tags for this unit. They only give them if ALL the elk tags in a unit are limited. Sorry
