My daughter's backyard in Payson was flooded in the one a couple days ago. It was the first time in three years it flooded so that was a good one for inches.
It's unfortunate that this rain will do little to nothing for the elk antler growth. Hopefully it'll get them healthy and the rut will kick in good this September.......
