Winchester XP3..?

I had asked earlier what bullet experienced elk hunters would shoot from a 300 Win Mag and got many good responses. The only factory load I can get locally is a 180 grain Winchester XP3. The bullet construction looks good. Would you recommend this load for bull elk? Thanks, I appreciate your opinions!

If I remember right that is the Accubond........great bullet. Worked wonderfully on my sons elk last year.
