Was lusting over the new 10-15x50 duovids and was wondering if any one has any experience with them? My buddy wants to buy my 10x42 trinovids so I figured that would be a good start, now I just need to get that first born ready!

Yes, I have a pair of the 10-15x50's they are fantastic. I sold my 15x56 swarovski's when I got these. I have the el 8.5x42 and I think the Leica's are better. I have used these on a bogen tripod with the Leica adapter works very nice. A little heavy but you can glass on 10 power and then go to 15 if you need it. I still use my spotting scopes though. Over all I would highly recommend them.

I've looked at them and they are nice although a little heavy. I almost got a pair myself but went with a pair of Swaro 10x42's and 15x56's. I don't think you can go wrong with the Duovids though. I went with two pair of optics, not to mention a spotting scope, because I don't plan on taking turns trading optics back and forth with my hunting buddy. Goodluck. Fatrooster.

enjoying mine took a while to save up for a set but well worth it. I would not settle for less. Sightron was not on my list either was tasco.

I love my pair. I spent hours behind them in AZ in Jan looking for mule deer and they are great. I got rid of my swarovski slc when I bought these. I do a lot of backpack hunting and these afford me ability to leave the spotting scope at home if I have to. You won't be sorry.

What can you expect to get for a well-cared for pair of Leica 10X42 Trinovid binoculars? Thinking of going to the 10-15X Duovids as well.

azbucksnort are they the BN or BA if they are the BN and in good shape I would think 800 to 900 dollars the BA 700 to 800 dollars I would not take anything less for them. I did well and sold mine for about the same price I bought them for but I shopped around and got a smoking price for a set of 10x42 ba's take your time dont give them away. Good luck.

I have the 10-15 duovid, it is by far the very best optic that I have ever owned. Combined with the televid 77 20-60 spotting scope and the new leica digital camera with spotting scope attachement, there is no better combination!!!!!!!!!!!!
