Idaho Beaver Head elk A tag

I drew a Bull Tag that starts on Nov 1st I am wondering what everyone thinks of this tag and areas you might go to look for a nice bull, I like hunting around Dubois Id. any help would be appreciated.

I shot you a pm. I have hunted with that tag 2 times. With weather, hard hard hunting, you could kill a 340+ bull.

I am from eastern Idaho and have done fish studies and sage brush studies in the area. The places I would recommend for the time of the year crooked creek area for sure. Idaho Hollow is another good area unless we get early snow falls. Also by farm land in the foot hills.

Your herd is vacating high country watch down Low. My rancher friends have not had one fence tore down this summer when Usually it is a weekly affair. According to him it is a big desert bonanza this year. Good luck.
