Now I know this is the time of year when the mule deer forum board is full of everybody wanting help or info as where to hunt or whatever...and everybodys all excited...yahda...yahda...yahda...

but I have the luck of a skid rowe bum when it come's to drawing a tag...I've applied for Elk, mule deer & antelope in my home state for the last 20 years, and I've only drew one antelope tag and that was 16 years ago...but thats it!...nothing since...nahda...

(Question)..what are all the states that have 2nd chance drawings...right now I just wanna get outta state to hunt!...Thanks in advance...

Manny why don't you do one of the OTC states? Some of them have some decent hunts. At least you know you will be hunting, and out of state to boot. It would be worth looking into.

Manny,
Idaho has OTC deer tags and Colorado has OTC Elk tags. Down in NM they have OTC Deer tags as well.
Not sure about WA or OR.

Not sure what weapon you want to use But Oregon has OTC tags for deer and elk and there is a good chance at a nice animal.

'morning Manny hows your summer going. We got OTC deer and elk tags here in Utah not real pricey either. The bow-deer is statewide except for the few Limited Entry units, pretty much giving you the whole dang state with that tag, rifle and mzzldr deer tags pretty much sold out already. Idaho is a good idea for deer or elk tag and thats fairly close to you travel wise.........there will be a Leftover tag list for Wyo. coming out on/about July 15th.......

thanks guys, to be honest I didn't think anyone would be able to answer my question with out being a smart arse about it...Idaho seems to be my choice for more then one reason...
