units 7,8,9,19 and 191 Colorado archery

Will be hunting here as my lo tag fell through . The dad thought the son and the son thought dad had handled the lo tag deal with the state. Oh well plan be is a go with sloppy seconds tags . Anybody with info please ffel free to pm me . Have private land at Deadman mountain until muzzle loaders than the ranch is all theirs .Will be up scouting some tomorrow . Moose are thick saw some last week than we got rained out .
Any predictions as too when to expect them to respond well to cow calls? The moon is the last week I think .

I have hunted red feathers a lot and a little around deadman, cherokee park, sand creek, FR 169, etc, not to mention the other units on that tag. Spent most of my time in 19 though.
I would hunt where you saw the elk and or the public opening weekend then stick to your private land after that.
