Taking the Plunge

This year I will be taking the plunge... I am getting a spike only tag. In years passed I have refused to limit myself to taking a small management bull, but this year it is just too advantageous to hunt near home, besides I have not been having too much luck hunting the uintas, and that area is pretty saturated now. So I was wondering if any of you would be willing to share your pictures of your spikes. Even spikes have a lot of character and I am just getting the bug right now. So if you could... please help out a fellow hunter pass the time until the season... If I am able to harvest it one I plan on having it mounted...

Muzzleloader spike from last year. This is a very fun hunt and you can't beat the table fair..

Nothing wrong with hunting and harvesting a spike.

I need a spike and a raghorn to complete my 'age-class' of bull elk mounts....I might ad a cow mount just to finish off the whole display...
