I drew Wyoming, so last weekend I loaded up the backpack and walked 4 hours into the Wyoming backcountry. Saw 35 bucks in 2 days! Lots of fun! Only one potential taker.
Checkout these bucks, none are very big. Got video of the biggest buck, but he was running so it doesn't work too great over the internet.

Let me know how it works.

Brian,
Dialup worked great for me. It was pretty fast too. Always nice seeing the first highcountry velvet regardless of size. I'm looking forward to getting up and doing some poking around this weekend.

Well, I'm glad most of you were able to view them.

These bucks were about 150-200 yards.

Looks great, and good luck here in my home state! I did some scouting with my wife and boy this weekend near my home in Casper and scene a few desent bucks.

Hopefully I can find a big one before the hunt.

In that spot, I was only about 4-5 miles in, but it's straight up hill! It took me 4 hours, but it was mid-day so I took my time.

One Bad Day Hunting
is better than a good day
at WORK!

4 hours to me means a 4000 ft climb in elevation, about a 1000 ft a hour is still pretty good time, hope you don't see to many other hunters back in there this fall, hope to see some more video of those bucks on your next scouting trip.
