Maybe it's the heat of summer, but the negativity on this site is getting ridiculous. Threats to guides and non-residents. Bashing any organization with initials (SFW, MDF, RMEF, etc..). What happened to being ambassadors for our sport, instead of sounding like a bunch of rednecks? Let's get back to talking about our scouting trips, hunts planned for this fall, and helping people become better hunters!

I agree. I don't post all that often, but some of these threads have gone way too far. Maybe it would be different if I lived out west, but the political bs goes on here in MN.

I've been trying to post new questions/comments so we can see more posts that are helpful and hopefully take peoples minds off of the politics of hunting.

I just want fall to get here soon, because this "buck and Bull fever" is killing me. All I think about in my free time is my elk hunt in September. My dreams are haunted with images of giwant bulls bugling (not that its a bad thing)....But enough of the dreams and daydreaming, I want on that mountain. And even after my elk hunt is over, I'll have almost an entire month before my deer hunt!! AGHHH!!! I wish it was fall already!!

I don't think the fall will help with some of these guys on here. They seem to #####&Moan over everything. They never have anything positive to say and are always running at the mouth at how "Bad" everything is. Hell, if I had that kind of attitude bout life I'd probably shoot myself.

I think the Rules of this site need to be revisited. We need to aggressively BAN ALL WHINNERS! But that would alienate most of the State of Utah wouldn't it? HeHeHe

I am in the same condition as tuffbucker - can hardly wait until September and am driving myself crazy wondering thinking of elk and muleys and such!

We cant BAN ALL WHINERS......there would be no one left. Its true that some people whine more than others, but at one time or another, Ive heard some sort of whining out of everyone on this site.......
