Idaho Unit 23

I have got this tag dose any one else have it or know of any big ones taken out of there. while scouting we saw some nice one and one monster i hope to connect with.

i live real close to unit 23 in donnelly. i have seen some really nice bucks there in the past. nothing huge though. 24-25 inchers. i got a 24 in. with my bow last season there. i spotted a really good one there 2 years ago the last weekend of bow season i went back for the rifle opener i couldnt find him. he was 26 im guessing. the area has a good reputation as you probably know the area around brundage to hazard area gets allot of pressure. i hunted it that opening weekend and seen people way off the road i was surprised to see them so far back. hope this helps mdb

yea i have also seen lots of hunters up hazard creek. i hope to connect with a bigone though

yea i did draw the late tag. iam hopping for snow and lots of bigbucks running around

spent lots of time this summer up there from hazard to partridge lakes all the way to the salmon river rough country, not much for bucks only 2 little 4 points. looking for other areas in 23 to hunt. have had luck elk hunting that country havent been for a few years. lots of wolves and some dead ones i heard. pm if you want would like to talk about your late tag.............
