Since you have moved to a different part of the state and switched from muleys to whiteys. What kind of whiteys have you been able to harvest? I know Idaho isnt know for its whitetails but I have seen a few big bucks in the little time I have spent in whitetail country. Do you think that whitetails are easier or a little more weiry than the monster mule deer?

IF YOUR GOING TO BE A BEAR BE A GRIZZLY BEAR!

I have taken three nice bucks, whitetails two go in Pope And Young and one with my ***** rifle that goes around 150. Big trophy mulies I think are the smartest animal on earth. From what I have seen you get a big whitetail in the rut he is twice as stupid as a big mule deer. Idaho is a sleeper on big whitetail. I have seen some monsters and have also in the last five years mounted for guys some real smokers.

Idaho does have some nice whitetails here. Salmon area has some good ones and in Northern Idaho has them also. So if you want them they are there. Have friends in each area.
