What a great bull!! Congrats!! 13 years to draw? What a pay off!!
I am in the same boat you were in!! 13 bonus points now as a non-resey (moved from Utah to Colorado this year), hopefully next year it's my turn?? Com-on drawing gods!!Hopefully you guys left some good ones out there!!

Under the current system, it will take it more than 13 years to draw again. He can't even apply for five years.
