Elk Wall Pedestal

Just curious if anyone knows if there is a form available for an elk wall pedestal mount? I'm not sure if this is possible (for clearance)? It may be possible if a mount is added to the form to bring it farther out from the wall? If anyone has any photos of bulls mounted this way (table or wall) please post them.

McKenzie makes an offset semi-sneak form, which is not a full wall pedestal, but it's not the typical straight form. They also make a typical floor pedestal, with which you don't have to worry about clearance.
