Nice Colorado buck-Public land

Just got back from my Archery elk hunt. No elk this year

But we had a great time. My buddy had a sheep tag & took a nice ram. (story & pics later)

I ran into this pig of a mulie during my stalk on a 5x6 bull at treeline. What a great buck. I thought you guys would enjoy him. He was worth watching and taking pictures of. He stayed broadside like this looking my way for 10 minutes before he just walked away. He was 120 yards out cross a drainage. I think I'll try for a ML mulie tag next year :drool:

That guy is definite stud. I only hope you were not elk hunting in my muzzleloader deer area. We had elk hunters everywhere, and ended up coming back early. Saw plenty of elk, but the deer had gone nocturnal and into the timber from all of the chaos.

I hope you find him next year and we see "up close and personal" pictures. Thanks for sharing.
