16 PP in CO

My girlfriends dad has 16 PP here in CO for elk. Just wondering what unit everyone would apply for with that many points?

Unit 10 is a dandy or if you ar a CO resident which I think you are then the Hill Ranch in the Ranching for Wildlife has many mature bulls and takes about that many points.
