Ogden General Unit / Morgan South Rich

I am trying to find out where a guy can go hunt on the general elk hunt in either the Ogden General Unit / Morgan South Rich units. I understand they are mostly private. Does anyone have any idea where a guy can hunt or some suggestions on where to go in these two units?

Don't want to burst your bubble, but your wasting your time, looking for decent public land. Sure you'll hear of a few guys who take bulls here and there but really your best bet is to draw one of the several CWMU tags in the area.
