SW Desert elk

I have a buddy that has a SW Desert late season bull tag and was wondering if any one has any ideas on were to look for some bulls. Ive been all over the far south end of the unit and seen a few elk but only seen one bull maybe 320 5x6. any ideas would be appreciated. thanks

A 320 5x6 not busted is a good late hunt bull. I would dare to say that more than half the bulls out there are busted. The refuge has the most numbers 90% of the time. You can't go wrong there. Where have you been on the south end? Send me a pm if you want to get more serious.
