'littlefoot is cookin'

i made dinner tonight...here's how it went...

first, got some fresh elk loin...

'butterflied' it, added garlic salt, and a slice of onion...

wrapped it all in a strip of bacon...

cooked it for an hour+...

served it up with some hash browns and salad...

for all of you whom couldn't be here, it was great...maybe next time..

I'VE DONE THE SAME THING. GREAT WAY TO COOK ELK. I LIKE BBQ THOSE THE BEST. THE ONLY BAD THING IS MY KIDS EAT MOST OF IT, THEY LOVE IT SO MUCH. THAT WHATS ON THE SPIT FOR ME TONIGHT. BETTER CALL THE WIFE TO GET IN THE FEEZER. THANKS LF AS ALWAYS!

Can you show us a picture of your bull that you got a year or so ago? Mounted pics, live pics and dead pics again would be great.
