its a good thing he's got some good feed there. maybe he'll live through this winter and become a 7 point, he looks like he almost made it this year.

the only eagle with enough power and speed to kill and gut you with one shot

I dont see the injury in those pictures.

?You know, like nunchuck skills, bowhunting skills, computer hacking skills?Girls only want boyfriends who have great skills.?

I had a hard time too. Maybe in the first picture his back end looks a little skinny but that could be from alot of things. Feed, fighting, wintertime? I'm not a vet either, so who knows.

No actually he was shot in the back leg. The Colorado DOW said they want nature to take it's course. When he stands up, his hind leg just dangles. I hope he makes it! Great bull for OTC.

Wait how did you know the yardage was 731 and not 756. ??????.

My guess is only long range shooters can wound a animal. WTF

This bull was still alive (although not moving much) as of 12/27.

A neat thing to see just off the highway. My wife thought he was fake at first. I'll download some pictures from my camera and post a couple more.

That bull is by JCC right? I've heard from some people around town on who injured it. It sounds like a bad deal all around. At least he doesn't have to plow through the snow for food.

I came upon a spike elk during the rifle deer hunt one year and the spike had its bottom jaw shot. It was still attached, but dislocated and handing straight down. No way to eat, no way to drink. It was one of the saddest things I have ever seen.

I hope this bull makes it.
