henrys mountain muzzleloader elk

I was interested in hunting the henry mountains in utah for the general season muzzleloader elk. Anyone have info? Is it any good? Are there even elk there?

Yes there are elk there, have been for 20+ years that i know of!

I always seen them on Pennel, east side near "Straight Creek".

I had the archery deer permit last and was down ther for about 15 days total (scouting&hunting) I saw one cow elk during that time and I was all over the unit. I talk to the DWR and they said that the thought there was about twenty elk total with a couple of decent bulls.
