Recommendations - CO Area with 10 PPoints

I am a non-resident with 10 preference points for elk in Colorado. I have been applying in Area 61 but with the changes with non-residents only getting 20% of the tags it might be another 5 yrs to draw. Any other ideas on good areas to go where I could have a reasonable chance to draw in 2008?
