Colorado Muzzleloader Advice

Looking at hunting Colorado muzzleloader next year. Any area advice would be helpful. Also, in Colorado can you use a scope on a muzzleloader. I know you can't here in Nevada. If anyone needs help finding good areas in Northern Nevada I would be more than happy to help.

LAST EDITED ON Oct-28-04 AT 11:38AM (MST)[p]In Colorado you can't use any scopes (open sights only), loose powder only (no pellets), and no sabots (power belts are ok). What kind of terrain are you interested in hunting?

I usually hunt the high country out here in Nevada because I hunt Archery and Muzzleloader. The weather is so hot that time of year that is the only place the deer are. I would like to hunt the same kind of terrain. So high mountain areas are the best for me.
