Calling in mule deer

I was wondering if any of you has had any luck or know anyone that has called in a mule deer. I have a muley grunt call and antlers to rattle.I am trying to scout a new spot and see how big of bucks it has.Info would be great!

I have tried a few times and have been unsuccesfull, although I am friends with an outfitter that says he has been succesfull in rattling and calling up muleys. I understand the deer have to be in a certain part of the rut and you have to be within a close distance. good luck,
