Anyone know why they are proposing to swap the number of Any Weopon permits this year?

2007: 31 Early, 16 Late
2008: 16 Early, 34 late

I was wondering the same thing. They still are above age objective with 7.8 average age of bulls harvested.

were did you get those numbers from. i have looked all over the DWR page and cant find any tag #'s givin out for each unit yet.
