Reasonable NM cow hunt

Anyone know of some good outfits to look into for a cow hunt in New Mexico? I'm looking for my brother, Dad and I and I'd prefer a pretty reasonably priced one as I will probably pick up the tab for all of us. Any ideas? I was thinking of applying for the cow hunt on the Mescalero, but I don't know.

I have not looked into it but as a NR I bet draw odds for cow tags in some good units are great, draw a tag and go. I have hunted 52 and saw lots of cows bow season & muzzleloader. With a gun I think if you were in shape and ready a cow hunt would be a slam dunk DIY.

Ever thought about Colorado. I have a couple of outfitters that offer cow elk hunts for less than 1000.00. Pretty reasonable and they include lodging and meals. Let me know.

I second the suggestion of Kiowa Hunting Service. I went on a cow hunt with them Dec. of 2006 and had a great time. Well organized,lots of elk and professional. I will hunt with them again.

We have hunted with Tim a few times. EXCELLENT OPERATION. not on a cow hunt but from what he was saying they are pretyy slam dunk.
