The last couple of weeks I have been out trying to get a whitetail. They are not cooperating but I have been having some fun rattling in mule deer and taking their photos. No big muleys have come in but the little guys have been coming in like they are on a rope. The photos have turned out good, I just wish they had a little more size to them.

I use a Canon 10D digital camera and a Canon 100-400L IS USM lens. These deer were all pretty well between 10 and 50 yards.

It looks cold in the last couple of shots but really it is just below freezing. There was a thick fog earlier that morning and everything was covered in frost.

Absoluetly great photos big "or" small bucks. Never get tired of seeing your photos. Hope you can continue to get some more shots along with a big WT when he slips in for you to shoot.
Thanks again for sharing.

Great pictures. Those bucks have some huge necks. The first one almost looks deformed. Its neck is way bigger than its head.

Yep, like seeing them little or big! Couple decent ones for sure and great photos!
