Good to see those bulls looking healthy, and yes, I think this will be a great year for growth! Good luck on your draw/hunt!
 
My theory is that the mild winter, semi-drought years produce the best antlers. I'm guessing that slower growth in plants means more nutrient dense feed. Kind of like hay. Second cutting that grows the best is the poorest feed. This after watching actual trophy measurements over 14 years. Average age of bulls has been pretty stable but size varies quite a bit. I'm no biologist but know a few.
