Joe, despite the fact that you've had better draw results than me in the past couple of years...try watching the Guns/Hunting section of the classified add tabs online in the Albuquerque Journal website. Or, if you are up to it there is a list of landowners with LO permits by unit on the fish and game website on the hunting page. Don't know what kind of reception you would get, especially since some landowners get a ton of calls from people trying to get tags and/or sell them to the same outfitter/guide every year. But, a lot of tags start popping up for sale around draw time and some can be purchased for a reasonable price. There are some guys that seem to "broker" tags for all over the state here in NM but from what I have seen they are generally more expensive. People do your research while buying hunts from Ebay! NM has had quite a few bad scams in the past couple of years. Good luck.
