Anyone hunt Sunridge, N. Utah?

Hi,
My dad has a lot in Sunridge but never even goes there. I know they have common ground, but he doesn't know about the hunting. Do they charge extra for a deer or elk tag, or can you just hunt? Are there a lot of hunters and is it worth the effort? Any help would be great.
