217 Net Alberta Whitey........Rumor

I'm surprised I didn't see it hear yet?? ITs on the bowsite forums. Rumor of a 217 net typ whitey taken with a rifle in Alberta. There are a couple pics of a monster on there, but I dont think with the decucts the one on there could be 217 net.
Check it out if ya can....

I posted this on the general hunting forum, then thought it may go good over here, as we all love to talk about monster bucks, regardless of species!

So hear is the pic sniped from the bowsite. This is a pic a guy put up, but didnt know if "this was the one" or not. This buck is piggish, but can he net 217? How about that common base for the G2-G3?

No way that nets 217. I think I would have caped it too, but maybe thats one of those deer you just throw up on the single wide for the birds and bugs to clean up.

Holy smokes, I think I would have shot it though.

I put that on bowsite, then these photos popped up.This might be that 207 buck my buddy in Alberta was telling me about.
What ever it is it's big! My friend had a client take a buck that went 222 gross 192 net as a big 5x5 with some kickers. He says the score does it no justice thou I guess he is massive everywhere. One measurement he said was that his G2s are 14" and that 4" up on them the are 6" around the tine! Places that don't get credit you know what I mean! He said rack magazine is going to put it on the cover. One of his hunters from Maryland shot it not a mile from his house, he had the sheds off him also! Oh and he knows the guy well that put the tape to the 217 net buck and it sounds like the real deal,I guess time will tell but it wouldn't supprise me at all thats for sure!

Don't know about the one in the pic but here is one that is said to go 213.

Here's another Aberta giant. Green score is 225

Hell, I don't know if that is typical or nontypical, gross or net. I do believe they said the mains were 31 or something insane like that. All I know is it is a Whopper and I'd love to pull the trigger on one like it.

BTW, Do I need to drag up that post of that 276 Sask Muley that was shot last year that everyone called BS on. HeHeHe!

Whats all your expert opinions on the score of the buck posted in my posts? He is a monster. I haven't looked that hard yet, I"ll take a gander again.
