Lots of elk and antelope. Some of the biggest antelope in the world!!! I have seen 360 type elk while hunting antelope in that area. Most of Pelona lies in the 16E wilderness area, I think, and therefore is foot/horse traffic only. There are a few roads. I do know we were required to pack the antelope out and could not drive off the roads to pick them up or use a wheeled cart. Should be some nice elk sheds to be found. My knowledge is limited to a couple of short trips antelope hunting so hopefully somebody will chime in with more experiance than I. Good Luck.
