Nothing for my son or I - DAMN! I REALLY wanted antelope this year. My buddy drew unit 34 archery bull. I need to find a unit 34 rifle bull landowner tag if any one knows of one for sale. Congrats to those who drew.

We drew our 3rd choice, unit 52 2nd archery hunt Sept 16-22.

Short hunt but good for my vacation days. Will get there 3 days in advance to scout.

My 14 year old son drew a unit 34 youth tag. He is pretty excited.

No elk, deer or sheep for my 12 year old son or myself though.

My dad will be in 52 2nd bow with one other, I withdrew my app since I am going to CO.

If anyone is interested I think our group now has 2 landowner tags for 53 NM elk, rifle bull, unit wide we do not need now. [email protected]

Right on 11 or 12 years in a row with not one draw deer tag or elk tag. NM does not like me much. I hate points but in this state i might just be better off! Where is the love NM.

NMPaul , another Valles elk tag in your house??? Wow congrats , just know up front, it's really ok if you don't smoke one as big as that mammoth your better half tagged last year.Gator , you and that danged 5B,well it's your stomping grounds for elk so , so be it , congrats.

I drew a 52 bow tag and am pretty happy too. First elk hunt since 2003 with my dad , which I might add was also in 52 and we both tagged bulls.....After 3 back surgerys . the Garcias are headed back up inot 52 packing our bows!!!!Gotta Love It!

Hey all new here, but I drew Valle Vidal 1'st rifle and oryx in Feb. All in all a good year so far. I must admit NMDGF actually did a good job this year, received email nitification last night and just for grins loggen in this morning and the server was actually up.

I got the second rifle, hunted the first one last year. Not worried about any pressure where I hunt. There was nobody within miles of where I was at and maybe it will be a little cooler! Good luck on your hunt.
