My Dad and I drew this area for sept.11-19 and we have never hunted it before. Any hints or advice would be greatly appreciated. We plan on scouting in Aug. we are just unsure of where to go.
Should be a great hunt. I've managed to find elk everywhere I've been in that unit. So, my only real tips are: find water, and we like to hunt the southern portion of the unit.
