My little brother drew this year. We haven't had time to go scout yet. Just wondering if any knows how the feed is on the mountian this year and if anyone has seen any good bulls?

I just got back from a week's vacation at Fish Lake and your brother should have a dandy hunt, last Thursday night I rode up to Mount Terell and we seen 39 Bulls and about 200 cow's and calf's. Out of the Bulls we seen there were about 6 that I would have pulled the trigger on with 1 being a dandy. He was a 7X7 and I would guess he will finish out at about 370 to 380.
Let me know how your brother does. I have a Muzzy LE Elk on the Dutton this year so I am going to be busy myself.

Sounds great thank for the info. There's alyways 40-70 bulls at the end of 7 mile up by terril until mid july, good to here there are some good one's. Had a friend with a tag last year said he had seen more 340-360 bulls than ever before. I have a vernon deer tag and with diesel at $4.65 We won't be doing a lot of scouting This year.cjg_beef let me know if you need any help.I lived in Monroe for 7 years and me and my dad both had muzzy tags. I think fish lake is way overlooked for big bulls.

Feed is great and the mob of bulls at the end of seven mile are back again! I had the archery tag last year and had a great time . Saw a lot of bulls in the 320-340 range and a few up to 380. Spend some time driving around and you will see the bulls. Fish Lake unit has a lot of roads to scout on.

Spent the weekend up there! Unit is looking GREAT this year. I had a muzzy tag last year.

Cousin has a Muzzy tag this year and a good friend has an Archery tag this year. Also have an uncle with a Monroe Muzzy.

Gonna be a GREAT fall!~!!!!!
