big Colorado plains buck

This buck was harvested by elkmstr in december on the east plains of Colorado. He is a 32" wide 5x5. Shot with a .270 at 302 yards. Nice job Chuck! We may need a story...!

Well, the story is--I passed on this buck the first 2 days STUPID ME....you know how you think that there is always a bigger one just over the next hill...... finally decided to take him after watching him for over an hour chase his does. I have never really gotten buck fever till I clicked the saftey off and it jumped on me and kicked me hard !!!!! Needless to say, I missed the first shot at 241 yards. Buck fever combined with the fact that I just missed the biggest buck I had ever shot at took care of the second shot. I took care of business with the third at 302 yards. He was mine!!!! I was so pumped to get over to see him. He is 32 inches wide. A basic 4x4 with 2- 2 inch cheaters; one on each side. He's got good brow tines and mass. I dont have a clue what he will score??? About a billion in my book!!!!!! Do you guys have a guess? Would love to hear your guesses.
