East Canyon

I have the opprotunity to hunt elk by east canyon.. I will know by the end of the week if I get permission to hunt it..How many of you have hunted that area? I want to hunt it because it's open bull and I don't want to go all the way to to the Uintas to go for an open bull area...from what I have been told East canyon private property has some decent bulls.

ya there are some good bulls around the east canyon area. if your up high enough im sure you will do fine

There are a few elk around!! 300 class bull would be big for east canyon!

I have hunted up there quite a bit. a 300" bull would be a good bull. I am sure there are some larger, but this is not the Pahvant. You should have lots of opportunity to see bulls. Good luck and let us know how you do.
