Here is a picture of my archery elk I killed on monday. He scored 322". I picked up a matched set of sheds while tracking him down after the shot. What a great hunt. Sorry the pictures arent great, I was by myself. Lucky I was only 1.5 miles from the truck.

Congratulations on a very nice bull. Nice sheds too..

Congrats , looks like a great bull to me....Gotta love it....I'd love a bull in velvet....Again congrats and thanks for sharing it...

What part of Diamond did you get him? It looks like the backside of Warren Draw.

Congratulations Clint. That is an AWESOME looking bull, both in the field photos, and in person. And a great job of tracking him down. I'm thrilled for you. Too bad about the velvet condition.

Sweet man! Congrats on making great use of your tag.

Not many guys can say they've killed a velvet bull.

Congrats!

Clint,
Congrats on a great bull!

Any of the kids with ya when it all went down?

Donnie

No, they were in camp. but when I got back to camp with some of the meat the 10 year old steped up big time and offered to help pack some meat for me. He took out a piece of the front quater. It weighed about 20-25 pounds. He did not even complain once. But did not want to do it again.

Congrats. Great bull. My mom has a tag out there for the rifle hunt. looking forward helping her on that. I sent a PM with a couple questions.

Good job-nice looking bull. What is the story with the velvet condition the other guy was talking about?Hope it is o.k.Nice looking bull regardless.

He rubbed alot off when he went down. I am going to have the fake put back on. It's expensive but that is how I remeber him.

Nice Bull Clint, I think your son had a great time too, he just needs a few more years under his belt and he will want to pack out the whole thing.

There's room for all of God's creatures, right next to the mashed taters and gravy.

Great bull and nice story and pics with the kids. I have the tag and have been there looking and hunting right after the opener. I am heading back in the morning for the duration.

I sent you an e-mail.

Congrats on your bull. Thanks for the pics.
