Selling LE Tags

This island issue has got me thinking. I know scary. But some guys wait 12-15 years to draw that LE tag. They sell at banquets for $7-25 grand. To many, these tags are not worth that amount. Why not allows those that draw to sell that hard earned tag to a more interested party. Shoot, I'd let my San Juan elk tag go for $10,000.

And another angle. Bein disabled, I'm allowed to have a companion hunter. Some one to shoot my animal for me, as long as I'm present. If I draw the island tag, can I auction off the right to shoot my animal to the highest bidder. Or would that make me a wildlife whore too. :)

You should be able to do that if you want. Wildlife are commodities. We should be able to buy, sell and trade the tags.

Devil_dick, you're a devil_whore.

You think odds are bad now, let them let you start selling tags. Then you will see odds go through the roof, well they are already through the roof. That would put them out of this world . You in essence made it a lottory with the chance of a great pay back. Every person non hunter and all would put in for for tags. Heck of a pay back for minimal investment. Pay a 280 bucks for a elk tag and sell it for 3000 to 30,000 thousand... Who wouldn't do that. I think that would be one of the worst things they could possibly do. Drawing a tag in this state would not even be a once in a life time thing.
Please don't even think about this ever happening...... I'm on my 20th year putting in for an elk tag and don't want it to take 30 or 40 more.

Shaking at the thought of this ever happening!!!!
