Its like a modern day shootout at the OK Corral except it costs a small fortune to enter. After many fist fights, loud arguments, horn tug-o-wars, and later litigation, one lucky dude will get to claim his prize.
Oh yea, I forgot the pertinate info: The shootout will be on opening day, the hunter will be approximately 300lbs, loaded with LL Bean or Cabelas gear, his proffesion will be either Dr. or lawyer. As for the elk, 454 points and full of holes.

killed late season busted up barely over 410 busted up tines.
Spidey while trying to escape the mobs runs into a Mexican habitat restoration project that the DEA missed in their recent raids.
Tired and hungry he feasts on the new found food plot. The more he eats the hungrier he gets. Finally when he can't eat anymore he wonders off to his bedding area and OD's.
CAelknuts comes driving down the road trying to avoid a "pickup full of sportsman" slides off the slick road and gets stuck. While looking at his dilemma he sees four hooves sticking in the air and walks over to find Spidey. Not the ending he had hoped for on his dream hunt he slaps his tag on Spidey anyway.
Excited to get home with his new trophy, CA hammers down and gets pulled over for speeding. The officer notices an aroma coming from the truck and summons his drug dog Hooch. CA ends up in handcuffs and Spidey ends up in an evidence locker

he stays in the high country .... spreading his sead to all the perty cows and next year we have a bunch of minni spidies and much more to talk about .... he lives makes it through all the hunts .. dies of phenomia in the spring after he drops his busted up antlers ... for some lucky shed hunter his body is never found and the myth of Spidey lives on forever
