I just got hit for $106 (My tag and my Dad's tag @ $53 each).
Here we come Book Cliffs!

Did anybody out there hunt the Books last year? Would you mind passing along some information? We've hunted out there in the past, but it has been a few years.

If you are willing to pass along any information, please send me a PM or an email to [email protected]

I can trade information on deer/antelope/elk hunting in Idaho if anybody is willing to trade.

Thanks!

shelbys,

Contact 2 dog Huntin' as they know the book cliffs as well as anyone. They can give you some insight on where to look. Ask for Josh.

You can talk to them at 1-435-760-1682.

See my reply to your earlier post re: utah premium tags. I gave all re: my hunt last year where I killed a 31.5 incher with real deep forks. I would like any info: you have on Idaho sheep. I know the basics like unit 11 but am looking for an easier draw with descent sheep. Good luck.

Are the 2005 draw stats posted anywhere?

Just wondered how many folks applied and got drawn this year.

I live right by a guy that guides out to the book cliff i'm not sure if he guides mule deer but he takes people in on mules back like ten miles to hunt elk. They kill some big ones and he has hunted there for like 20 years or somethin like that so if u want to talk to him get back with me.

Hi 270man, I have an elk tag for the bookcliffs, could you give me the guys name i would like to speak with him.

his name is John Wolenzein of Spanish Fork, Utah you can call directory and call him.

He is really good with elk i have saw some of the bulls that he bring off of there and they are nice.
