I was wondering if anyone has been scouting or bowhunting in 66a or 76 recently. I will be going with my brother inlaw and father inlaw for the season that opens Oct. 15 and was just wanting to know how things were looking for this year. We have done alot of hunting from Montpellier upto the Afton Wy area in 76 for deer and planned on hunting some of those areas in between, but if someone who did not draw this year had some other areas they would be willing to share with us it would be much appritiated. I have heard good things about the Elk in 66a, except that it is steep and rugged contry, we don't have horses and my father inlaw is in his sixtys so areas with short day hikes would be about the most he would be able to do. But my brother inlaw and myself would be able to go a little farther.
